I swear by Sherwood products but unfortunately they stopped selling their scuba K valve and they are only selling the rebuild kits in 10 packs so I decided to switch to this one here. It is a very similar design and appears to be high quality. The directions say air diving only but I have used it with mixed gas and intros already, you need only clean off the factory lube and replace it with O2 compatable lube. Also, I like the red/green indicator rings signifying open/closed. It is a simple and effective design and the overall quality of the valve is very good.
