It was very difficult to cut with just a hacksaw and a box cutter, but if you're extremely careful and patient it can be done. Just make sure to get the line as straight as possible by following the grooves on the back, and then sanding down the sides afterwards so they are smooth and as straight as they can be. Even though I messed up the first time on accident I think it was still worth the time and effort for a professional look. I recommend this if you're having issues with gaps with your stereo, and want a more seamless appearance.

Added measurements and photos. Good product - cuts well with jig saw - not brittle so cutting did not shatter. Could be heated and molded some. Hope this helps worked good for me.

Very durable however I found almost impossible to trim and look good.

Cover the hole on my dash perfectly, on the backside has lines for trimming so you know how much to take off I use the razor knife and scored it and then snapped it

This was okay for a generic trim piece. I sanded down the outer edges to get a slight curve and then paint them so they looked more factory.
