I would say that I typically wear medium to small shorts with a waist of 29", however when I ordered these shorts in Medium, they fit rather snug, so maybe go up one size. I will still make do as I assume they will stretch over time. Apart from this, everything else about them was great. The padding was nice and supportive.

Best investment ever for riding. The perfect fit for me while riding the trails. Thick enough to protect but not look like I was wearing any padding. I will be purchasing more for sure.

La talla tienes que pedirla una por encima de lo que sueles usar, soy talla 32 de pantalon y pedi un Large, me quedo muy bien, aun no he podido probarlas en ruta pero se sienten muy bien una vez puesta.Importante considerar que en la imagen dice "GEL", pero una vez que llegan se siente como si fueran de esponja.
