After my old gasket finally wore out I looked at all the different brands out there, and decided to go with this one. I'm glad I did, it was easy to put on after I prepped the BGE surface. And it seals my egg better than when it was new. Only time will tell how it holds up, is seems to be very well made.

This product is a must if your smoker’s chimney isn’t the only place expelling smoke. There’s no smoke waste after placing this sealer/gasket/whatever you want to call it on the lid and opening. It helps keep the smoke in to do the job it was meant to do.

This was very easy to install and seems to adhere well as long as you clean the surface. It’s a generous size and spills out a little from the rim so hoping that means it will seal in the heat and smoke well.
