I couldn't find reviews on Amazon or on yaheetech website so I was taking a chance with this chair. Yaheetech website didn't show reviews for any of their products that should have been a clue. The pu leather does have a nice feel and it wipes clean easily, the only other pros for the chair is the price compared to others and the pockets are handy. I'm 6'01" and sitting in the chair my feet are about 5 inches from reaching the floor. Your never sitting up it's always reclined and lifting the legs it reclins at the same time so there's not a comfortable position. I find myself constantly adjusting the chair looking for some relief from pressure points on my back. When you sit down your back is not supported by the backrest you have to slid way back in the chair to reach the backrest. It only comes in black so no color choices. It's very slow to reclin and get out. The base of the chair is a bit to narrow I can feel it lifting up on one side or the other getting up if not in the middle of the chair. I can barely reach the cup holder's in the most upright sitting position but as soon as you start reclining it gets further away to where I don't use them I use a side table. Putting it together wasn't to bad but the left arm was a pain to get on and sits an inch higher than the right side so it has a gap at the bottom that the other side doesn't have. You don't sink into the chair it's so firm probably where the back pain is coming from. The heat can only be felt mid back and takes a bit to get hot and the massage is just a vibration not a true massage chair. I waited a bit before reviewing to see if it would break in but it's gotten no better this is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever owned.

Fairly easy assembly, came in two boxes (they are very heavy and bulky but a dolly got them inside from the driveway delivery). Sliding arms on was a little tricky but once lined up they went on smoothly. I wish it was faster going up and down, it is very s-l-o-w ! Also wish it allowed me to sit up straighter with the feet up. Back goes back too far and leaves my head hanging so I use a small pillow to make up the difference. Pleather is very overstuffed, roomy and comfy.

I put together and the arm broke on the right side not even having it 24 hours.

Chair isn’t as comfortable as you’d expect. Plus, one of the connector ends for the wiring is missing, so the vibration for the thigh area doesn’t work. And the button to recline or stand the chair is on the side, and not on the remote as I would have expected. That will be more difficult for my dad to work. I wouldn’t waste your money or time on this chair.

This just came and the arm rests are very close to the seat so it seems you have no arm rests. The heating for the back does not work well at all. The chair itself is like sitting on a rock. I got this chair because I have cancer. I would not recommend if looking for comfort.
