I have a small area just inside my door that was too tiny for a conventional hall tree. I had a 4 hook wall rack in this area that was so overloaded it that it was literally being pulled off the wall. I took the wall rack down and put this rack in the same place. I was able to hang all the coats off the wall rack and the coats off a 6 hook over the door hanger on this rack. This thing has 9 double hooks on it! I also have 4 pairs of shoes and an umbrella on the shelves and it's standing strong, not tippy at all. I could fit a couple more pairs of shoes, umbrellas or canes in it as well. Amazing! It does need to be assembled. I did it myself. I did have a couple times when I realized that I was putting it together wrong but it just screws together so it wasn't a big deal, The screws are really sturdy as well and it comes with the allen wrench needed to put it together. Really love this rack!

Needed something small to organize daily used shoes and this is perfect. It doesn’t take up much space at all and my daughter can easily put her back pack and coat on the racks, definitely recommend!

After we got it together, the rack looks great , and seems very sturdy. The reason I took off a star is that while putting it together, I had a little trouble with the plastic joints that went between the screws . We had to disassemble part of the upper rack and reverse the joints. The photo is really tiny and hard to see how they are supposed to go. Other than being aware of that, this is a great product!

For the price I am surprised this rack has held up for several months. I had it load Ed full of shoes, boots and winter coats and it did not lean or tip like I thought it would. It has the lower hooks good for child reach as well. Not expensive looking, but good value and does what it needs.

It is very light weight, which scares me with having a toddler. Worried she would pull it over. But overall it’s not bad.
