Photo is in a vacant field across from a gulf course, that leads to the Everglades near Alligator Alley. There is no other bass bait, that has been around as long as this simple rubber worm. I have found watermelon is the best color for overall success. You can run a Texas rig, weighted, not weighted, or add as a jig tail. Numbers do not lie, and this has been king of the crop, for a long time, and bass can’t resist the initial splash, and sinking food source. Cast it, and let it sink. You choose how to retrieve it from there. Bounce it off the bottom, twitch it in, alternate speeds, you can’t go wrong. Brace Oscar, Sun Fish, Flamingo Bass, Black Bass, even brackish water, you will pull drum, red fish, and snook. Low investment, history shows a great return, buy it, throw it in the box, and when nothing else works, give it a whirl.

Seriously folks. These artificials are the BEST!!! I get a variety of colors based on time of year and type of water we will be fishing. But love them!!! HUNDREDS of catches. They are soft baits. They are not going to survive multiple catches. But the reward far outweighs the cost.

Nice size for some of the slightly more juvenile Bass and smaller pan fish, too, even the larger Perch seem to like them fine! Good quality too, it seems!~~~
