I bought these elevated dog bowls in the large size. It is the perfect height for my 60 pound dog. The bamboo is nice looking and the bowls are nice and large. This was easy to assemble. I had someone helping me. I could see it being a little frustrating to put together by yourself, but definitely doable. I have had no issues with water damage to the bamboo. My dog is not a messy water drinker...most times (not always)..but I use a cloth to wipe up any excess water that gets on the bamboo. Water has stayed on it and I have not noticed any damage.A double plus.....my dog cannot tip this over. Every once in a while, my dog gets in a mood when I have to leave and not take her with me (i.e. grocery store, restaurants, work). She rebels by nosing and nudging her water and food bowl until the contents are all over the floor. I have bought silicon and rubber holders. I have bought a metal elevated dog bowl holder that she was able to easily lift off the ground and proceed with her food throwing antics. This one, however....nope. She tried, too. She was able to nose a little bit of water onto the floor, but her bowls were still both in place and the water/food contents were still in the bowls. She could not get under it to lift it up. She tried.....I could tell, but this feeding station stayed firmly planted onto the ground. I also use the rubber mat that was included. It helps keep everything in place.I could not recommend this product anymore. It is so easy for my dog to eat and rink.....no slouching at all. Like I said... a perfect height for her. I am very happy with this purchase. If you are thinking of purchasing this and shopping around, just stop. This is the one and the price is great.ðŸ‘ðŸ‘UPDATE: 02/13/2023It has been almost 6 months since I purchased this item. STILL AWESOME!!!! My dog still cannot tip them over and she has tried. They still look beautiful and are still as sturdy as day one. I can tell this is going to last a while. This bamboo elevated dog bowl set is still one of my favorite Amazon buys. Just buy them. They are so worth it!

I don’t have a pic, but my 95 lbs lab/pitbull loves this dish and it’s a good height, so that he doesn’t have to bend down at all really. It is a little wobbly, but sturdy enough to stand up even when my dog pushes the bowl around. Very lightweight, cute, and great for bigger doggies!

This is a very well made raised dog bowl and is very easy to assemble. It is also very stable & sturdy & looks nice. My only complaint is that it is a little taller than what they make it out to be in the description.. I have a full grown lab & it is almost too tall tbh. He just does get his head over the top where he is able to bend his neck and eat out of it. If you have a smaller than average Lab or you got the runt of the litter when they were small, this bowl will be too tall for them. Otherwise, it's a great dog bowl and I definitely recommend.

I don't like giving "poor feedback ratings" just because of minor issues. This IS a very sturdy product BUT is made in China. The hardware package comes with a 1/8 inch hex wrench to install the heavy duty connection screws. It is a poor quality metal alloy used so the hex wrench will "round out" after installing 2 of the long screws. The screws fit very tightly so you must screw the heads, so they are recessed @ 1/32 below the wood surface in order to mount the screw cover caps. The "cute" doggie mat is of very poor quality and just the "roll" stress, the way it comes packaged leaves 2 long shredded seams (damage) I have brought these to the manufacturer's attention requesting that they use a better alloy in the hex wrench and look into the "cute" mat issue. (BTW they responded immediately and indicated they would update their manufacturing process) I bought this as an elevated dog bowl feeder only and having assembled it I am very pleased. It would be very unfair to give a low feedback rating because of the floor mat issue (poor quality) and hex wrench. Most people have hex wrench sets in their tool box so use your own 1/8 inch hex & you'll be very happy. No install instructions so you will also find 8 little round half moon shaped silicone gizmos and 4 square flat pieces of silicone. The 4 flat squares are "no slip" pads that mount on the bottom of the two legs and the 8 small half moon silicone pieces are mounted 4 each, underneath the lips of the 2 stainless steel bowls. Please enjoy...very fair price.

These are great especially for the money! I bought 2 in different sizes for 2 dogs and they work perfectly. Make sure to use the height measurements though.The wood is sturdy and relatively easy to put together. I took off one star for that since I had to take it apart and redo it since I put the top on upside down so things wouldn't fit correctly (only picture diagrams and no written instructions includrd so pay attention) and the inside rubber tabs for keeping the bowl from making noise have come off twice but restock. You just need to be careful not to scrape them off replacing the bowls inside the hole is all. But having said that, there are these tiny rubber stick ons for inside the bowl part and on the feet which GREATLY reduce any noise from the metal! Great idea! I love these since they are also a simple design and work well in any room. I would buy these again for sure.

I’m amazed at the quality vs price. This was easy to put together and doesn’t take up much space. My dog loves it and so far, he isn't complaining. The bowls are easy to clean and are a nice size for his meal time. No splintering on the wood and he’s a sloppy drinker! Nice and sturdy for our psycho puppy. I love the sound proof sticky dots they provide for the bowls and non slip dots for the bottom. Mine weren’t labeled so I had to improvise. No big deal as I don’t imagine it matters where they go - it’s essentially the same material on both.

I bought this for my Jack Russell who had begun to choke when she was eating or drinking. She was a little hesitant at first, but once she got used to it, she loved it. She now eats and drinks from it without hesitation.It was easy to put together and contrary to others reviews, the white screw covers sit snugly in the holes. It’s sturdy and does the job. The mat is well made and a lovely touch.
