The gasket that came with my $140 Avantco 7 lb. sausage stuffer broke the first time I tried to clean it, and the dealer did not sell replacement gaskets. The measurement looked about right on Amazon so I took a chance and ordered this as a replacement. It fits perfectly and works great in the stuffer. By the way, the sausage stuffer is great too, except for the gasket it comes with.

I have a sausage stuffer bought from Cabelas, years ago, that needed new gaskets. These worked.

I needed some spare "O" rings for a Chinese sausage stuffer from Rural King. These appeared to be a match from the description. Overall they are round and the right diameter but the cross section of the gasket is not round. You can't see the profile of the gasket on the pictures provided on Amazon. Now I have the hassle of returning them.
