This bakery case is OUTSTANDING. It arrived promptly, was perfectly packaged right down to a carefully labelled package of extra screws. Instructions were clear for assembly and the quality was AMAZING. I don’t write reviews and the entire time I was unboxing and assembling I was raving to a coworker that I would be leaving a 5 star review and singing the praises of this case.

Easy to set up, 3 spacious trays, pretty sturdy. Doors can be a bit of a pain to put together. Overall looks good and does the job.

We vend at our local Farmers Market and other events. My baker son decided to add chocolate chip cookies to our woodworking/laser crafts booth. He bought this display case for that purpose, and wow . . . his cookies look delicious in this case. And his sales have overtaken ours. Oddly, no other baker is doing chocolate chip cookies this summer. Mostly bread, rolls, cakes and pies.The case is sturdy and just the right size for his 50 - 60 cookies. I'll add a photo later as the only one I have shows an almost empty case . . .

I purchased this display in 2023 to display my product at farmers markets and related events. The item was easy enough to assemble. However, it did not include washers, which would have added to the stability. I suggest if you purchase this product, to hit a local hardware store for washers.At my first event, I noticed how the angled shelving allowed customers to see the product without needing to bend over. I did at the start put small signs in for description and pricing. Those fell over rather quickly.The first cracks showed up after my 3rd show. As the bottom piece is too thin, it bends when being carried and transported. The bottom (for my needs) should be much thicker for stability's sake. I am now 7 months into my business, with only 4 months of using the display, and I am already looking for a replacement. If I decided on buying this again, I will need to find a thick cutting board to attach it to so I won't encounter excessive cracking in the future.If your plan is to keep this in one location, its a lovely piece, and should fit your needs for some time. But for those of us who do not have a brick and mortar locale, look long and hard before you buy.

Loved the cases for our display but there is a glare on them from our front store windows in our shop but we do love them. Also screws do have to be tightened often or the nuts will work their way off.

Sorry, I did not take a picture of the damage, but based on the packaging and design of the piece that broke, it is likely many others will run into this issue as well. The bottom piece of acrylic has an acute turn at the front and is where the front panel screws into the case. Along that acute curve the plastic broke pretty clean. No external damage on the packaging. We needed it next day for our first Vendor event so I got my contact glue out and put her back together. Been using it nearly every weekend since, the patch is holding well. I contacted Amazon support trying to request a replacement part, but they could only offer a return or full replacement (after receiving). We are going to be busy for a few months with it, can't really give it up and wait for a replacement.Otherwise the case is nice, a little cheap when it comes to the door handles and latching magnets, but good price compared to the competition. Is big enough to fit a half sheet, comes with the clear half sheet shelfs.

Great product! Very sturdy, in my opinion and easy to put together. Instructions provided were useless, but was easy to put together looking at the product picture. Also, I had no issues with holes that did not line up as some buyers did. I am very happy with my purchase.

Instructions are a joke. Slots don’t line up exactly and it makes it difficult to deal with screws. The corner was broken off bottom when we opened it. And it was completely covered in an animal hair. Someone used this before us and it was just packaged back up and sold out again. I’m so disappointed in my last round of orders.
