I was looking for a white curtain rod so I bought this based on the photo but it arrived in more of an off white, creamy color like the color of the bracket in the image. At first I thought they sent me the wrong color but when I looked, there was no option for the creamy color. The final also doesn't have the contrast it does in the photo. The quality does seem better so far though then other double rods I've purchased and had to return but the install is not that easy. The bracket is one of those annoying ones that you can't get a screw gun or regular size screwdriver in because there's no space. If you could get the tool in the narrow space, installation would be quite quick and easy. It's inconvenient but doable. Overall these are okay. Better than most of the other garbage made and sold today.

This is a beautiful and well made double curtain rod - but the hanging brackets are WHITE (picture yellow smiley with big round eyes here)! I'm hoping that when everything is hung I can hide them some way. Its for a Nautical/Lighthouse room, and all the wood is stained dark. From the outside though I'm sure the white will show and I really had not planned on painting them. The brackets show Brown in the picture. But the rod is really nice and I love the "Knotted trim" on the ends. Can't show pictures because son got me an iPhone so can't download pics to PC.

Es ist gar nicht leicht, schöne Gardinenstangen für breite Fenster zu bekommen. Drum bin ich sehr froh diese gefunden zu haben. Passen sehr gut zum angesagten Shabby Chick-Styl und sind auch sehr robust
