This is a fantastic phone—works seamlessly with 3CX, which is what we use for our remote sites or basic desk setup. The sound quality is excellent, and the speakerphone is something that I use a lot. It arrived with the latest firmware pre-installed, though if you’re using it with 3CX, I’d recommend checking their website for the recommended firmware version and uploading it if needed. Super easy to use for anyone, and I love that it runs on PoE—I’ve never had to bother with a power supply. Highly recommend!

I received a brand new phone, which is exactly what I was looking for. I was able to activate it on Dialpad service. So far no issues. I will update if there's any issue.

Works out of the box with FreePBX Granted you have the EndPointManager.You can get it to work without the endpoint, but it makes things easier.Easy to change background image, assign keys. So far best brand with GrandStream
