If you ever have a technical issue, you're out of luck! No a live a person to talk to. It seems to me they purposely do that to discourage people from filing a claim for difective product. One of our 4 handset coused poor sound quality to the party listen to us. YEALINK wants to blame it on our customers device. So all of our customers have bad phone but only when we're using 1 of our four handset!

This is very hard to set up and use do not like this product I end up hanging up on customers that call in and loose the call

Ho comperato base con 1 cordless + 2 cordless per uso abitazione ma la messa in funzione da parte di un tecnico a stata molto complicata. Lo sconsiglio per uso a abitazione.
