Bought this to replace the thin original that started fraying immediately on my Reese Towpower #1500. Easy to install, nice size and quality hook, and not showing any wear after 60 trips or so. Note: the additional thickness will effectively reduce the power of your winch, as the spool diameter is greater (it fills the Reese completely).

Great product, great price!! I replaced a 10+ year old one which broke, thank goodness mot while it was in the water. If it lasts another 5 years, I've gotten my $$'s worth out of it for sure!!

i needed to upgrade my strap for my 4000 boat - the old one almost gave out - not good - this one is rock solid - installed very well - be sure to run it tight using the weight of the boat the first few times - great product

This strap is great. Much thicker and stronger than anything from the big box store. If you're looking for a replacement strap, look no more. Here it is.

This was my first winch strap replacement, and I went a bit overboard. The strap is twice as thick as the underweight strap that came with the boat and trailer, so the winch could not hold it all. Not a problem for me, as I launch from a ramp that has a good angle. Ended up cutting the strap down to @ 11' as that is all I really need and it fits the winch just fine. The best part about it for me is it provides a lot of security for a 2500lb boat being towed. Big is better in security for me. This one is not going to come apart and let me down, The winch will give up first.
