Comes in a deceptively small package, but regains its shape really fast and is easy to use: just put it underneath the sheet. It has these small slip-resistant bumps on the bottom and the top and has a trapezium shape, so it stays in its place very well. It works well to keep my toddler from falling out of bed, it's high enough so she can't roll over. You get a lot of value for your money with this one!

It’s high quality and sits well on my twin bed for my toddler who keeps moving a lot in her sleep. So I got another one for my king bed and it’s sturdy. I would recommend to tuck it under the bed sheet rather than fitted sheet for firmer grip. I have the bed rail on one end( I got before )and this pillow on other end of the bed . This pillow is as effective as the bed rail.

We use this under the fitted sheet for extra support holding in place, it fits well for his twin size bed, easy to place, comfortable to press against, has a textured button to stay in place and works well as extra safety support, definitely recommended!

If you’re sleeping in the same bed (king size) with your child, this can be a game changer. It’s big enough block you from rolling over, assuming you aren’t fat!Or… it works well in my baby’s crib to keep her from falling into the sides of the crib(she can’t sit up yet.. just roll)

These made me feel safer about moving my child to a big bed. I tucked them in the gaps between the bed and adjacent furniture. They bend if you need them to. I am not recommending them for infant safe sleep but for a bigger kid I was happy

I originally bought one of the baby bed rails and it just did not work. My baby could easily just slip out the bottom. I returned that and got this and have been very pleased. You put it under your sheet. It has rubber markings so it does not move, and it just provides a little bump so the baby does not roll off of the bed
