Amazon shipped this much faster than expected and arrived in a well-packaged box, no damage. I love this product and highly recommend this. With the current gym lockout and the rainy season here, it's hard to go out for extended runs or bike rides, so HIIT workouts with these are awesome. 50' rope and handle are super-high quality and the nylon cover makes me not care when I'm using this over asphalt or concrete surfaces.Love all of the mounting options that Y4A gives you included to mount the steel anchor plate. You can mount this thing into wood with wood screws and it even has concrete lag bolts. I think there are plastic drywall anchors too, but I don’t recommend these unless 2 or 3 or the other wood screws firmly catch a stud. With the power transmitted to this plate with repetition, there's no way those drywall anchors alone, stand a chance. I was trying to figure out how to mount this, but luckily the pair of the inner holes are exactly 6" apart and exactly fit the 2 unused bolt holes on the lower front of my Fitness Reality X-Light Commercial Power Cage with some M10 100mm(4") hex bolts/washers/locknuts (from my local Ace Hardware).Y4A seems to be a legit supplier of great high quality, affordable fitness gear. In the past 3 weeks I have picked up a lot of their attachment gear for the home garage gym (D-handle cable, seated row cable, V-handle bar) and feel great since I can avoid getting price gouged in the marketplaces.

These things are beasts. They are heavy and solid. You can’t go wrong with these battle ropes. They will kick your butt.

I'm new to this type of exercise, but after looking into the different types, I think I made the best decision. After receiving I found it is well made and has everything you need to attach it to a pole. I have used it several times doing a 20 sec active/ 40 sec rest and it's a great workout. We'll worth the money.

I wish I did not underestimate the weight. Consider the weight to your stamina ratio before purchasing. It is a great product. Durable and easy to use. I 10/10 recommend!

Pros- Cost effective for what you do. Great workout! First time doing battle rope and glad I got the 2 inch 40 ft one. No assembly required but putting it away is something to deal with as any rope. Length is great and the durability with the sleeve seems good.Cons- Not really a con when it comes to comfort. You will develop some callouses the more you do it.. that's a given.Durability??The handles themselves could have little more adhesive, see pic, to it so I won't know for sure how long that will last but am prepared to use multiple zip ties and a thicker handle sleeve if it comes to that.All in all I'm happy with the purchase.

TLDR: good interval cardio, seems to be holding up well to use in garage on smooth concrete floor, recommendIn the context of a proper muscle building program, the battle rope is pretty overrated and kind of useless, but that’s not what I wanted it for. I’m currently overweight and needed a good, low impact cardio solution to use a few times a week to get my heartrate going and this is perfect for that. Be aware that this is not steady state cardio, and if you put in any kind of effort to it and you’re less less in shape like myself, you may not be doing 30 second stints like everyone online seems to suggest. I’m doing 10 seconds of alternating ropes with 50 seconds rest, with occasional extra rest. By the end of a nearly 30 minute session, I’m wiped out. No complaints here.

So far I love it. I purchased the 2†40 feet and used it outside. Wrapped it around the pole in my front yard and it gave me a great workout. Durable and the cover didn’t tear when rubbing against the pole so that was a plus. I had trouble wrapping it back up after using but it is a little heavy for me. I’m working up to being able to use this with no struggle. 5’5 138lbs. I’m in the gym 5 days a week so it was a little easier than it might be for someone not as active. My 9 year daughter tried it but only using one rope handle. It was cute watching her try. It’s very sturdy and the thickness was perfect. I reviewed several before purchasing and glad I went with this one.

Perfect for doing rope exercise. I also love that the rope is enclosed in a lining that will preserve the rope from wear and tear so it hopefully will last longer.

Das Seil liegt bei jedem Wetter draußen und wird auf der Wiese / trockener erde verwendet. ein Abrieb ist nicht bestellbar und bis jetzt gab es keine Probleme. Hochwertiges Produkt zum passenden Preis. Wir haben eins der längeren Seile genommen. Durch den Schutzmantel ist das sel mehr geschützt bei der äußeren Belastung. Wir haben ein anderes Seil vom anderen Hersteller in Verwendung was auf dem Hallenboden verwendet wird. Dies hat klare Faserrisse und wird nicht mehr lange halten. Als Trainer werde ich auf kurz oder lang auf dieses Seil umsteigen.Klare Kaufempfehlung

Yo compré la de 3.8 cm. de grosor, 12 metros de largo y 9.5 kg de peso, para mi resultó algo pesada, pero el artÃculo es muy bueno , se ve de gran calidad y forrada en su totalidad con manga de lona muy fuerte. Lo recomiendo. Compré además un seguro por 3 años, ...Repito, el artÃculo como tal es excelente, no le hago ninguna critica mala, lo califico 100 % bueno, pero seguiré buscando otra cuerda un poco mas liviana ...Edité mi versión por poner las medidas en sistema métrico y aprovecho para escribir algo que casi olvidaba : de verdad no sólo es bueno el artÃculo en si, además trae 2 cintas , una para asegurarla en un tubo , por ejemplo, y la otra trae un mosquetón, y esta tu la anudas fuertemente al centro de la cuerda y con el mosquetón la aseguras a la primera cinta ... PERO ADEMÃS TRAE UNA PLACA METÃLICACON ARO SOLDADO QUE PUEDES TAQUETEAR A LA PARED por si quieres una instalación más fuerte o definitiva ... OJO también trae los taquetes expansores
