My kayak continually falls off after I pull it only short distances, even after buying two ratchet straps to tighten it on. Design seems cheap or just doesn’t work well with my kayak. I’ve got a 10ft kayak

Several weeks ago, I purchased kayak dolly from Yes4All to transport my 16 lb, 10 ft Kevlar canoe from paved parking lot, grassy area, sandy beach to lake edge near my house. The reason for the low score is that the box with dolly did not contain the metal cotter pins that are needed to attach the wheels to the dolly. I immediately contacted Yes4All, and they told me they would send the missing parts, but they have not done so. To use the dolly, I have temporarily rigged a system with stainless steel screws to attach the wheels to the dolly, but will need to obtain the proper cotter pins so that the wheels can be easily removed during storage as intended. Buyer beware that purchases from this company could have missing parts!

May be okay for low end sit in kayaks but cannot handle the weigh of anything solidley built.
