This kit is great for a costume. I ordered just a basic white shirt and used stitch witchery to attach the patches. The hat was sewn a little off centered but at the end of the day it’s a costume. The glasses were great, too. The tie was a little short for a man so we used one we already had.

I ordered this to enhance my flight sim hobby which I am taking to new Hights with ultra realism. The cos-play uniform looks great and is decent quality. The hat is a little flimsy but not too bad, also the wings are ultra cheap, but the tie and the shirt patches are of good quality. Honestly for the price you can't go wrong, also the sunglasses are cool, but I doubt that it has UV protection. just remember its cheap so you get what you pay for. Safe skies!

I used this once, for a background character in a Christmas musical, probably won't use it again. Cheap materials, barely worth the price paid, which wasn't much, to be fair. The "hat" looks and wears more like a soft cap. It has no rigidity in its outline, clearly designed for a much smaller head than mine - what you get with a "one size fits all" product. Really, nothing like a real pilot's hat. The tie was so thin and narrow as to be unusable, I swapped it for one of my own. The ID card didn't ship with a lanyard, so I scrounged one from a friend. The wings pin was OK and added some credibility, as were the pilot dark glasses. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it.
