I guess I should have read the description, not just the title of the item.It's larger than three-inches inside diameter. For the original purpose, that's probably just fine, but I purchased in order to mount a 3-inch diameter fiberglass motor mount to a rocket test stand.

Brackets are nice an beefy only reason 2 star is missing nuts and bolts other then that there awesome
