1st one they sent in poor paper packaging which tore open and got lost. I literally received and empty envelope with a sticker from usps telling me there was nothing in it when they got it. Filled a claim, they sent another. It arrived fine in better packaging but I had to send back the 1st. There was nothing to send back!!! They charged me twice.
