I had low expectations of this rug because the price was lower than most comparable products - too good to be true, I thought. BUT, I actually really love it. It’s super soft, it’s holding up well, and it’s absolutely beautiful. Looks lovely with my daughters’ pink and green bedroom.

After having big indoor/outdoor rugs that were “washable†in our flex room (read: entry room from garage and back door), I decided I wanted something that was actually easy care. The other rugs needed to be hosed down, which limited when I could actually clean them, based on weather.This is a perfect rug - soft, but at the same time, spilled liquids literally bead up, and are easily cleaned. I was able to wipe up mud with a damp cloth and a Clorox wipe, and there was no issue. It is compact enough to fit in my front-load washer, something I plan to do quarterly for a deep clean.

The rug is cute enough and matches the picture, but you can't vacuum it! When I received it I read the cleaning instructions and it says to take it and shake it out side and then wash it. That actually requires moving a bunch of furniture and taking it to the laundromat. If I had known you couldn't vacuum it I would not have ever bought it. Seriously disappointing.

This is such a pretty rug, reminding me of my last visit to Hawaii. Living in a northern climate for the winter, I love having something fun to brighten up what seems like endless gray days. The edges are surged neatly with no loose threads or dangling strings. The rug is a short plush that is close to the feeling of velvet, which is nice and can be vacuumed with any machine, but because of the very low profile, it also works great with Roomba-type floor cleaners as well. The back of the rug has a rubbery texture that grips a floor pretty well, and the fold lines flatten out after a day or so. It also washes easily. I just pop it into my front loader and tumble dry on gentle. I always finish by hanging the damp rug dry, but that is my personal preference as I think it keeps rugs of this nature looking new longer.
