Yes it says it’s for fruit, beans, but you can’t use this in a commercial kitchen if it is going to melt. I bought this on a whim because we needed some new pans quickly and these melted in our dish washer. No good.

Good size & quality food storage containers. I didn't realize they were not heat resistant. Works well for anything cold.

Product only good for cold , nothing hot.Learned the hard way. I have older ones from an actual restaurant depot type store and those hold up against the heat/hot items. This is made with cheap plastic , or they just dont make them the same anymore.

We have a chemical dishwasher that gets as high as 140F within the range of safely operating the polycarbonate pans. However they slowly started to warp only after having them for two weeks.They are unuseable, and will not be subjecting our guests to microplastics potentially in food.Only use these if you are handwashing them well below 100F. This was such an unfortunate purchase.
