I absolutely love the product. It’s so easy to use, comes with all the tools needed. It is a little small not much can fit but it’s still so amazing and such a heart warming feeling to be able to carry your lost baby with you at all times!

My original Urn necklace hung from the place you opened it to put in the ashes. This caused it to come lose and fall off the chain several times. After the last time I decided to buy a new one. I bought this one as I could see the opening was not where the necklace hung from the chain. I love it that you got two was even better. I loved it so much I recently bought a set for my best friend who lost her beloved dog and she loves them. thank you so much for providing such a wonderful product at such a hard time
