Bought this for my 11 year old. A year ago he was 5'1 and wore a 7 shoe, he went through a growth spurt and is now 5'6 wearing a size 9.5. He's been bummed that he's not as fast and quick anymore so I bought this to have him try it out and hopefully get his confidence back up while getting used to his new frame. He's all in with the ladder, bands and jump rope. With it finally getting nice out, he's itching to use the parachute. Everything seems solid in the kit.

I do use the agility ladder for my classes. It really helps to make the workout fun, but at the same time very demanding. It helps in my case increase the speed and leg work for boxing. I also use this to have fun with my little one. The cons were a little deformed as they are squashed in the bag. It doesn't really bother me that much. I can still use them for my workouts.

The ladder and cones come with a strong bag for storage and transport, sadly the cones have been wrapped in such a way as to deform them meaning the do not sit stably on a flat surface, I have tried to reshape them with weights, but they soon return to their unflattened state. The ladder is robust and well made, easy to unpack and repack once finished with, on the whole this is a good, usable product let down but the cones.

Excellent, excellent purchase. I bought this for my nephew who is football mad. It was lightweight (as much as it could be for a bag of metal links, you wouldn't be walking round with it all day anyway) and easy to set up. On more than one occasion it's been left outside overnight and for days on end all set up and ready to be used the next day and it's still going strong. He loves it.

Great little set! My 10 yr old is really pleased and is already googling different training sessions to use it.Comes In a great carry bag. Comes are great and it's handy it comes with the pegs (although we haven't used these yet)
