We needed counter height seating for our outdoor table as the bar height was too tall. These are perfect! A bit of a challenge to assemble but not overwhelming, would definitely recommend two people as it is sometimes difficult to hold the chair and attach the hardware at the same time. The cushions and pillows are comfortable, however they are more red than orange (which is what the photo appears to be). Overall a good purchase and so far happy with these swivel chairs!

I like this very pretty and sturdy (heavy) patio set very much, but there are some issues.- The patio set is difficult to store because chairs do not "nest" (therefore take up a lot of room). I had to empty my entire shed and rearrange and/or remove items I've always stored there.- Buyers must be reminded this set is constructed with STEEL, not ALUMINUM, and therefore will rust if left uncovered. After 2 light-to-normal rainstorms, I tipped the chairs and table to drain water and it was already RUSTY. I bought a high quality tarp the next day.The manufacturer needs this feedback:1) Pictorial instructions are NOT clear2) Pictorial instructions only are INADEQUATE. Need written as well as visual instructions3) The packaging for securing screws and bolts seemed like a good idea, but it came apart (? in transit) resulting in screws and washers falling out and stuck on bubble plastic, on box, on chair parts etc.4) Because of #3, 1 screw and 1 bolt for the table were missing5) It took my adult son and I 4 HOURS to fully assemble 4 chairs and 1 table.6) The Allen wrench provided is too short and of poor quality (bends). We used our own tools.

Extremely poor quality bearings on chairs. Within the first week, we started finding numerous greasy bearings on the floor. After the first month, 2 out of 4 chairs have become useless and unsafe to use due to extreme wobbling from the missing bearings. Assembly was also a little challenging, due to difficulty of properly aligning the screw holes.

This is a great set. The chairs are a littke diffucult to put together. Biggest tip: do not tighten all the screws until after you've assembled the seat part B to the back. Also invest in allen drill bits, you’ll thank me later

Had an issue pertaining to the assembly of the chairs and contacted customer service. During the call they told me someone would be in contact with me by email within 24hrs. It surprised me that they try to solve issues by email, but I waited. I was contacted within the 24 hrs , but it took several back and forth emails to actually resolve the issue I was having. This patio set is well made, but I had issues in the chair assembly process

Great for outside! Nice size. We use it on our patio. Has done wonderful in the blazing FL sun!

This is much more difficult to put together than it should be. Hopes don’t line up easily refuting two people to assemble. One chair took almost 2 hours. A screw was flat ( see picture) and no way to tighten it unless you use a wrench. The table seems too high for the chairs. It’s a weird angle for a meal. Perhaps hanging with drinks. If it was so hard to disassemble I would return, but that’s probably what they are hoping for. The cushions are a nice color.
