The cable and pulley system allows the cable to get off track which can damage the cable and thus not 5 stars.It was easy to assemble and fits in my truck bed fully assembled (measure as I have a longer truck bed - may not be the case for your truck). Makes processing very easy. Selected over ones that has step ramp as pulley allows to lower if want to bag viscera or have something on the ground. Very glad for this purchase and the price is reasonable.

I had hopes for this. My hope dwindled as soon as I opened the box. The upright pieces were welded so crooked that the lift would be bent and hard to turn with any kind of weight on it. I sent it back.

The theory is great.The price is good.But, I had to weld a support to keep the main upright from bending.
