There were issues with Amazon getting this delivered, had to escalate and then found out there's a completely different crew and type of truck to deliver these type of items. There should be something on listing or order receipt about that. We saw the item as only a few stops away and then back to the warehouse. It didn't move until I called to ask status. We had ordered it to be delivered to a place we were visiting for a week and the delivery date was originally scheduled for the first day we would be there. We finally got it two days before we left and was able to install them. Amazon gave us a credit for what happened, but just want people aware of the delays that could occur when ordering an oversized item. The running boards are awesome! They were fairly easy to install and have held up well. They have a good grip that I need to get in our pickup. I would recommend these.

I ordered these for our 2021 Ram 2500 4 door. The package arrived when it was supposed to. the item was packaged well. the instructions were clear and concise. I also watched a youtube video prior to opening the package. The installed went well and the steps looked great on the truck.

These came 2 days earlier then scheduled so that was awesome, took about 2 hours to install. Instructions weren't great but not completely useless. The steps themselves feel on the cheap side but for the price what do you expect, I'm sure they'll hold up just fine though. I really think having the right sized sockets or wrench sizes listed on the instructions would have saved me 30 minutes so that could have been listed but not a huge deal. A little tip I found to really help that the instructions don't list correctly would be install the smaller bolts and nuts loosely first on the side panel to hold the bracket in place and then install the main bolts.(in my case I didn't have the threaded studs I had the open holes and doing the smaller bolts and nuts first really helped) we'll see how they hold up long term.

I prefer running boards over nerf bars. Either way both are over priced. Found these on Amazon, read the reviews and decided to give em a shot. Glad I did. Good strong boards. Went together easily. Probably took me 2 hours.

No instructions and I had to improvise bolts and attaching parts. The boards were decent once installed.Installation was on 2024 Ram 3500 and I have done other brand boards on a number of this series of trucks, so I knew what to do for the inner rocker attachments.
