Used these pans to make banana pudding for a party I ordered them because the lid was clear. They were the perfect size and with the lid it looked great but i did tape the lid down for transportation. The pan is thick and held up well considering banana pudding is heavy.

A little weak in the center, but not flimsy around the edges. Held a sweet potato casserole with no problem, and baked with no problem. The lid was easy to get on and off, and made a good seal.

THE LIDS WERE A NIGHTMARE. THEY WOULD NOT STAY ON THE PANS. THE COVERS THAT COST SO MUCH WERE VERY FLIMSY. NOT A GOOD PURCHASE AT ALL. THE PANS WERE FINE. I COULD HAVE PURCHASED THE PANS ALONE FOR 20.00 DOLLARS. I WASTED THE EXTRA 10.00 ON CRAPPY LIDS
