This is a nice durable strap that will fit a variety of yoga mats you can tighten a loosen based on the size of you mat. I have a bigger mat so it ends up with a shorter carrier strap.

Great for the price and doubles as a strap to stretch

Did not realize it was just the thing to hold. Doesn’t come with a mat. My fault. Other than that it’s okz

What more can you ask for in a $3 strap. Does the job perfectly, no complaints at all.

I have quite a few yoga mats, but only one carrier strap, so I thought it would be nice to have another. This one is of good quality in terms of materials, but the fact it's "adjustable" is really its downfall. The other strap I have is non-adjustable, but stretchy, so it naturally tightens down on the mat after you pull it over the ends. This one doesn't really tighten on its own, and it's a bit of a hassle to have to pull on the strap to get it to tighten down on the mat, which tends to unroll some while you're doing that. It ends up taking extra time to try and get it just right, and at first I thought it was going to come loose after putting it on. But it seemed to stay in place better than I expected in the end. So, while it's not my favorite strap, it is a thick and sturdy strap, and does stay in place once you eventually get it on. Still taking off a star for the difficulty of putting it on the first time.

This product is so easy to use and great for carrying my yoga mat. This product fits multiple brands of yoga mats. I definitely recommend. This product is a great price and great value.

I just got back into yoga and got this yoga mat strap to carry my mat to the studio. It's made of a thick webbed material, and is a simple design - just two loops, one on each end. The only thing I would change is the length. I have a thick, heavy mat that requires the use of a good amount of the strap. There's still enough of the strap to carry over my shoulder, but just barely. If you have a thinner mat, this would be perfect.
