We removed the bottom of it based on other people’s comments, it is the best way to keep the hedgehog safe. Anyway he loves to stay inside of it and it looks cute.

This is my hedgehog's favorite hide hole. I also got him a grass-woven hide hole, but he prefers this a lot more. It is decent quality, but the bottom is a loose mesh material that my hedgehog likes to scratch at, so I just removed the bottom so I wouldn't have any problems. It is very easy to clean. I recommend it but be careful of the bottom mesh if you have a hedgehog.

Bought this for my juvenile ball python so she would have a warm, comfy place to hide while I cleaned her enclosure. She was wary at first, but once she was in she curled up and went right back to sleep. I'm currently trying to get her to go back to her enclosure and she's refusing to leave the bed for her usual favorite hide- I guess that means she loves it!

Your hedgie will end up wearing it down especially if they grow well will work well for other small animals I ended up cutting bottom so I could get my girl out of it
