This product works great at water temperatures above 44°. It will still work at lower temperatures but you can tell a difference in the air flow and consistency of the air flow at 37° water temperatures. I will say the configuration of the hose ports are convenient and the first stage is easy to maneuver around for a streamline feel and it's out of the way for comfort. For the price it's a great product.
