Took longer than it should’ve to mount these. The instructions are mostly drawings/pictures with few words. I’m reasonably handy and following these instructions was a challenge. We have an Amazon show 8, and this doesn’t pair. It’s supposed to, but it doesn’t. Called the help # with a California area code…automated answer that says it can’t take your call. There is apparently one person who returns the calls, and confirms the system doesn’t work and elevates issues to their tech team. Haven’t heard back.We received a different remote than pictured.Update: offered full refund, as apparently they are unwilling to provide support. Never heard back from their tech team so I guess we are on our own. The blinds work with the remote so not a total disaster. Nevertheless, we bought these with all the necessary devices thinking they’d link to Alexa. They don’t. If you are looking for a connected system, stay away from Yoolax.

3 + month reviewType: Automated Panel track blindMeasurement: W=83", H=84",4 Panels (Side-Open)Mount type : Outside Mounted, With ValanceMode: Power and Remote with Solar PanelFibric type : Lenin BeigeProcess:1) Samples: Get the swatches sample ordered to get the idea of the fibric and feel. Be sure to check the darkness level, it varies and may not always accurate.2) Measurement: Follow the instructions from the manufacturer and measure your door, I left 3" from each side and 6" on the top.(the overall length you will provide will include the track and the length of the panels so keep that in mind)3) Fill out the details and place the order. Manufacturer will confirm all the details with before shipping the product which is super helpful.Installation:1) Get the sturdy dry wall anchors, because the one comes with the set are no good.2) Install the track brackets at even distance, for 83", I placed it, 3.5" apart from each end, and then evenly placed the rest 2 bracket to get better support, use the stud whenever you can, the the track and blinds are heavy.3) Install the app, get the Zigbee gateway, this will make it easy to integrate with home automation.Note: The blind motor disappears from the gateway if discharged and then you will have to add it again on the Yoolox app, I am using a solar panel charger to prevent it from discharging. These blinds are holding well and are worth as compared to some costly blinds in the market.Fibric and build quality is great and automation is cherry on the top, for similar setup with installation I would have definitely spent way more.

Product arrived well packaged and protected. Installation and setup was a snap. Zigbee connection proved problematic because it kept disconnecting from hub. Ran through several fixes with customer service. response was always within 24 hours. Once we exhausted several fixes, they promptly shipped a replacement, which arrived 7 days later and worked flawlessly! Will buy their products again!
