Nice step up for trunk light replacement in my Miata. I was replacing a burnt out interior light and decided to also upgrade the trunk light. Easy, quick install. The interior light pack came with an installation tool. Several how to videos online. Happy with this purchase.

I noticed that the rear trunk hatch was the only bulb that was not LED when I was loading my trunk at night and it was so dim in there. I immediately searched for an LED and this was a good price so I purchased. Very easy to pop out the light cover with the included tool that was with these bulbs. I wasn’t expecting the tool to come with it but it just shows another reason why this is a quality supplier. Love that I can see everything and the light is LED just like everything else in the car.

So far so good, I have had them for several months and they are way brighter (see 2nd photo) than the crap stock (see 1st photo) bulbs in the 2019 RAV 4. They come with a little plastic tool that broke on the first use so I would avoid it all together (I didnt buy the bulbs for the tool anyway) and opt for a small flat head screwdriver or a coin.The only real issue I had was (see last 2 photos) the stock bulb (end caps) is slightly narrower then these, you'll notice the new bulb is pretty fat on the metal contact ends compared to factory. That said, it was a VERY tight fit and a little bit of a struggle to make them fit, BUT they did ultimately fit and I Love them...Pros:Priced FairSUPER BRIGHT vs. Stockthey make an added effort to add a toolCons:the included tool - isn't very helpfulit may take a little work to make them fit (my 2019 RAV4 anyway!?)If you found my review helpful - it would be much appreciated if you pass that help along and kindly click the found "helpful" button. I had already replaced the map lights in my 2008 Honda CRV with white LED bulbs (from another source) over a year ago. Since I was happy with them, when the overhead convenience light (over the back seat) and the cargo light needed new bulbs I decided to get white LED replacement bulbs for them as well.I ordered the 6-LED bulbs (6-SMD 5730) from seller "Yorkim" on 7/18/16 . (I believe these type festoon bulbs are available with as few as 4 LEDs and up to as many as 24 LEDs. The more LEDs the brighter the bulbs are, but they are also larger/wider and cost more. I wanted to be sure they would fit width-wise, so I ordered the 6-LED versions.) They were delivered in undamaged condition on 7/22/16 (Amazon Prime shipping). They fit both receptacles (overhead convenience light and cargo light) and inserted into place without difficulty. They have been working well and without any issues thus far. It's far too soon to know about reliability/longevity, however. (I do not use my car often, usually no more than once or twice per week, so I would expect these bulbs to last far longer for me than for a typical driver who uses their car on a daily basis.) These bulbs provide a cool, bluish-white light rather than a warm, yellowish-white light. I happen to prefer cooler white; you may not. As for brightness, that is rather subjective. The 6-LED bulbs are sufficiently bright for my needs. If you require "blazing sun"-bright lighting you might want to consider 12- or even 24-LED bulbs. Just be sure your receptacles can accommodate their wider widths.

These were a backup purchase, other set were 2mm longer than they should be making them too large.However these were 31mm on the nail and fit just perfect, nice and bright.If you need to replace a bulb i would go for the upgrade at the same time.
