I did not receive all the hardware, had to add three holes to the frame, just to put it together.Directions were very difficult to read.Video for putting seat together was very helpful!The seat has a great potential, but for the value I was disappointed.

I was a little nervous about this thing with some of the reviews I had read. At first I was about to give it a 1 star because the instructions that came with it were incorrect and impossible to figure out which screw went where. However, if you look through the pictures there is a video of how to assemble. This made it so easy and made me feel a lot more comfortable putting my soon to be two year old on. He loves it and it looks great. The quality is good and it fits the back of my wife’s back perfectly.

Putting this thing together is terrible. I got everything in place correctly but different screws were getting in the way of other screws. Some of the screw can all wonky and we're difficult to work with. I wouldn't recommend this bike seat to anyone

This thing was so hard to assemble even with the video I followed step by step with the correct hardware but the screws wouldn’t fit so I had to try other screws and even the. It was still difficult
