- Compatibility for Hensim Doodle Bug DB30 (Blitz, Dirt Bug)
NOTE:
- 1. This mini bike hydraulic brake caliper can work for Baja DB30 directly, also suitable for other small mini bikes and go karts, but need to make bracket, if you can't do some modify, it will not fit on other mini bike.
- 2. The main tank contains liquid and needs to be emptied before use.
- 3. When installing on a DB30 small mini bike, make sure that the rotor is centered in the caliper.
- 4. Will not fit Monster Moto bikes without modifying the mounting bracket on the frame.

In order to mount this up to my specific mini bike i had to swap the mounting bracket from my original caliper for the spacing to be correct. But for me it really wasnt a big deal, I am use to having to make slight changes to aftermarket parts for a perfect fitment. With a little knowledge you can me this work great! After getting the caliper all aligned and mounted it works awesome. HUGE Upgrade over cable brake

The brakes work great but they don’t fit on moto mini bik you have to make some adjustments but the brakes work greatðŸ‘

Mine arrived already failed with brake fluid leaking out of the caliper. It was such a mess that it wasn’t even worth the hassle of returning it. Avoid this product, poor quality control.

I purchased this to upgrade my brakes on my mega moto 105 mini bike when installing the 212cc engine. The OEM one was a cable activated model. It was not a direct replacement for my application. I had to purchase a hydraulic brake caliper bracket for it work. You can buy that bracket from gopowersport online or on amazon I am sure. Purchasing this kit and the bracket is much cheaper than buying the full kit with the bracket because the full kit will run about $70. If I do another mini bike motor upgrade, I would purchase this again for sure. It improves your braking capacity significantly and I needed it after doubling the engine output.

Installed on my Baja DB30 minibike, perfect hose length, I did have to add 2 washers to properly space it onto my rear brake disc, but it made a huge difference over the stock mechanical cable brake. Worth the money for the added safety of stopping power.It also comes with a brake light switch as a nice bonus, and the system is already pre-filled and bled with brake fluid.
