The original strap in the luggage bag was extremely weak. The new strap made the difference. Served the purpose.

I absolutely love this strap. It was cheap/decently priced. When I got it I figured it would be another cheap piece of plastic and fall apart right away. Instead it has a great arm strap and feels better with the metal hooks. The strap doesn't rotate or anything but is greatly made and extremely comfortable.

Product was as advertised. Sturdy, comfortable, and very similar to the original Travelpro shoulder strap that came with my briefcase. The Travelpro briefcase is still in great shape but the shoulder strap pad was starting to fall apart. The new replacement strap was very similar except the pad part isn't quite as large or as padded as the original but it looks like it will be much more durable. Happy with it so far and the price was very reasonable.

The shoulder strap I purchased was just what I needed for my garment bag. It is adjustable so you have have it longer or shorter. Your preference.

It's ok for the price, but the hooks are too flimsy to hold up even a regular 17" laptop bag. They started "unfolding" about 6 months in, and in 1 year and 4 months one of the hooks just snapped. It's a decent cheap strap, but I will not be buying again.

After one week of use, metal hook broke, while attached to my laptop bag (I used a small carabiner as replacement). Then the other metal hook broke. I would caution anything other than a light bag for this. I liked this strap and the swivel hook (solid zinc alloy hook according to product description) , however in my case the metal hooks were not sturdy. Not sure if I got defective ones, but the hooks did not last more than 10 days of use. The product description claimed the following: Sturdy Hook: The black laptop bag strap is made from strengthen rust-proof material, the zinc hook snaps are strong enough to carry a heavy bag.
