I got these because I need to have side shield on my glasses at work.I have blue light filtering lenses that for me really reduces the amount of migraines I get. My work does provide free prescription glassses with the side shields, but doesn't provide that blue light filtering film.To stay within safety regulations, I got 2 pairs of these (one for each lab space I work in) and I love themThey easily slide on and off my glasses, I hardly notice they're there when using em.No lab accidents/splashes have happened (but to be fair, I didn't have any before so I can't say they're because of the side shields.)I've already gotten enough use that they're well worth the cost
