The LED mask works as intended, with lots of different "faces" that switch when you wave your hand in front of it. It will change on its own if dancing and lots of motion is around though. As for being sized for "a man or woman" I do think it's small and best suited for an adolescent. It's like wearing a hockey mask, so being a bit small makes it pretty uncomfortable for extended wear. Still, it's a fun novelty and looks pretty cool in a dark room.

This is so fun. Fits super comfortably, especially happy how comfortable it is with glasses on and it’s not all pushed on to your face. Seeing, speaking and breathing is just as good as normal. The LED lights and all different options look so good. I recommend for anyone, any age. I’ve had similar ones with only a few options but they were not close to the comfort and functionality of this product. Buy with confidence. Also, seeing is not obstructed at all with this one.

I got this thinking that the face changes as the user speaks or makes faces as its gesture sensing but no, the gesture sensing is simply a sensor in the front that you can turn on or off that, when you wave your hand over, switches your face. It’s nice and comes with multiple gestures but seemed a little misleading.

This was so much cooler in person than I expected. Directly out of the box it doesn't look very impressive, It is plain black with a bunch of unlit LEDs with only a small opening for your eyes to see through. Once you turn it on there are so many different faces and lights, animated and not. It is mesmerizing! I didn't realize until later but when you plug it in to charge the face lights up as a battery to show you how much charge it needs, another really cool feature. Having this honestly helps so much if you aren't good with halloween costumes and dressing up as such. This tool can make that whole process a breeze for you or maybe a friend who is reluctant with costumes, suitable for all ages. Fully worth it in my opinion for practical and goofy purposes.
