This is a very efficient device for crushing cans, and/or plastic bottles. Makes it much less strenuous to crush cans, esp. This allows me to create a much larger load to take to recycling. I love it.

Good price for this size & quality of can crusher. I returned it because it is a lot heavier & longer than i expected so I wasn’t able to use it in my RV.

The can’t move around a lot and makes it hard to keep it sturdy. Going to try putting a rubber mat in the bottom of the device to hold it there until the gripping pin pierce the aluminum

Easy to use but cans often pop out during the compression process. The problem is the position of the retaining bolt: it is too low to ensure the cans will stay in place. Very simple to fix. Just make the frame a little higher so the retaining bolt is more optimally placed to prevent slippage.

This dude crushes the cans on one side and crushes the water bottles on the other. It's such a good fit to reduce those aluminum cans by half. Perfect recycling tool!

No doubt the item crushes cans and does it thoroughly but it is difficult to use and messy in as much as if the can is not cautiously emptied and well drained it gets, in my case, beer on the floor. I replaced it with a wall mount. I would only buy this as a last resort.
