Very disappointing b/c these were for my daughter for Christmas but the size was NOT TRUE to standardized sizing. Meaning, we ordered one size larger than her typical size (so she had room to grow) & she couldn’t even get them on her feet. Plus, the window for returns was not extended passed Christmas??? Ridiculous & clearly purely to scam people. There is no way to contact the seller either. DONT PURCHASE

I was really excited when I ordered these. I have small really small feet so I was happy to see that there was a sizing chart with measurements. My foot measured 225mm so I ordered "Women's 5/ Youth 4" (228mm on the chart). When they arrived I was very disappointed. Not only was the boot to short for my foot, they were so narrow that I couldn't even stand in them before lasing them up.
