Based on glowing Amazon reviews of this steam mop, I ordered it. It had many useful features and attachments. However, to my great disappointment, the item does not work at all. The steam indicator light, which is supposed to operate red, blue, &/or white, does not light up at all. The power switch does not work either. I believe the problem is that the front control panel is improperly installed. In all fairness, the vendor has offered to replace the item and told me to keep the one I received. I'll give them "One Star" for that offer. However, I have no use for a steam mop that makes NO STEAM and now I am leery that a replacement will have the same problem. I am returning it to Amazon for a refund.

As someone who loves steam devices, this Z7 Steam Mop has quickly become my favorite floor cleaner. It heats up super quickly and is incredibly versatile with its detachable tank and multiple attachments. I can tackle everything from floors to furniture, and it leaves everything spotless without harsh chemicals. The 25 minutes of continuous cleaning is perfect for getting a lot done in one go, and I love that it dries quickly, so my pets and kids can get back to running around without slipping.The only downside is that I wish it came with more pads, but I’ve found that the ones from another device work just fine. I also wish it was cordless for more freedom, but the long power cord makes up for it, allowing me to easily reach every corner. Overall, this mop is a powerhouse for keeping your home sparkling clean!

This is our second general-purpose steamer. We have one specifically for clothes and another handheld unit that we use for cleaning grout, countertops, floors, showers, and more. The CzLife steam mop is a more versatile cleaner that can tackle a variety of tasks. What I particularly appreciate is its long cord and quick heat-up time. The Z7 offers an additional feature that our handheld unit lacks: a removable water reservoir. Our other unit has a built-in reservoir, which is tricky to refill because the chamber must cool down and release pressure before it can be refilled. Even after waiting several minutes, the water still flashes to steam when first refilling. The Z7, however, allows you to simply remove the reservoir, refill it, and reattach it with no hassle or wait. Then, it’s ready to go. No drama. Another great feature of the Z7 is its extensions, enabling it to be used upright like a traditional mop. This makes it much faster than using the handheld unit. These extensions are insulated so they do not get dangerously warm. There are two long extensions, so this makes the steamer even more versatile. There are several heads, some with wire brushes and others with plastic bristles.We first tested the Z7 on the tile in our kitchen. It took about 35-45 seconds to produce steam. We used the high setting and the narrow cleaning brush, and it worked well, especially considering we didn’t use any additional cleaners or chemicals. On the high (blue) setting, the reservoir lasted about 15 minutes. The following day, I cleaned the rock/pebble flooring in our bathroom shower. The steamer was excellent at removing soap scum and lime scale, especially in the corners and edges. The pressure and heat also blasted away old dirt and residue our weekly damp mopping missed. Since this unit can function both as a handheld and a mop, I plan to retire the older steamer and use this one regularly.

First time I see such a convenient and disinfectant mop, really appreciate how practical it is and comes with many great features and accessories, the color is gorgeous, I would have preferred it to be cordless, but it is still practical to use. Overall, I like it.
