The buckwheat filled meditation cushion is wonderful. Everything I hoped for. Just the right height and firm enough to keep my legs from going numb like other cushion have.

It's at least as tall as my current kapok zafu and even firmer. Stuffed to the brim with buckwheat shells, apparently.It's OK for shorter sessions, say a half-hour or less, but not so much for longer; my kapok z. is a bit more forgiving for the forty-five minute plus sessions.Pluses are a fair price and a zippers to remove the cover and to add/remove buckwheat shells.If you want a tall, firm, b/w z. this is worth a look.

I love the firmness of the cushion. It's firm without hurting. It molded nice to my backside without giving in and gave great support.I transitioned from a BlueLotus cushion, which I could never sit comfortably with. I tried adding buckwheat hulls to it, but it never gave me the support that I needed.I love my sits so I thought I would try getting a new cushion. I'm glad I did. Today I sat for an easy 40 minutes, where on my old cushion 40 minutes would have been pretty painful. I'm excited as the new cushion has assisted me with really getting into my sits again.

Ayuda a mantener una postura erguida en la meditación y resulta muy cómodo para las piernas y cadera. La calidad parece ser excelente. El tener una funda interior con el relleno hace que sea fácil lavar la funda externa. Tengo pocos dÃas de usarlo, pero hasta ahora estoy muy satisfecha.
