This 30mm felt ball is not pure wool, it is filled. Please kindly read the description clearly before you buy. Our filled felt ball is perfect for making fashion jewelry, home decor, or other handcrafts. The color is more bright and lasting because it is dry needle felting. And it is light not heavy, so you don't have to worry the heavy weight when piles up all the felt balls. I ordered these felt balls in this green, red, winter white and a smaller one in dark blue for a Christmas tree garland I wanted to make. These felt balls are nice quality and I had no problem stringing them using a medium sized craft needle and bakery string. They have held their round shape nicely. I ended up buying 3 bags of each to get the length I wanted. Would highly recommend these!

So I thought these felt balls were felted all the way through, but the are actually just a foam ball with felt on the outside. Kind of a bummer, they were also smaller than I thought but it is what it is.

Made just right- felted wool wrapped around a styrofoam ball. Made a sweet little flower bouquet with raffia wrapped wire stems. Happy with this purchase.

Came completely flat and squished. Now they are misshapen and look a little square.
