Definitely child sized (which is what I wanted, as I ordered them for my 10 year old) or for someone with a small wrist. Very pretty and shiny. I ordered them for my daughter's 1920's flapper figure skating program. I do a lot of rhinestoning on custome costumes and I've been disappointed by the shiny on some rhinestones. That's not the case here. I think they will look awesome! Yes, they stretch but I'd think they might be too tight for most adults and will loose the desired look if the rhinestones are stretched apart.

I ordered 2 and I only received one in the package and it’s saying they delivered two but that’s not the case. It’s also small and not very stretchy.
