We got tired of using plastic grocery bags to put our fresh veggies from the garden in. I saw this product and decided to give it a try. Best purchase so far! It's very sturdy, yet light. Easy to carry as I go row by row to harvest my tomatoes and cukes. Once I transfer my fresh vegetables into the kitchen sink for cleaning, I place my Mesh Storage Basket with Handle on an outdoor baker's rack under my carport for safe keeping until I need it for the next occasion. We have an orchard in our front yard, consisting largely of citrus fruits in California. This is the perfect basket for collecting fruits. The handle and basket are sturdy, but remember, you have to take them back to the house; don’t overload the basket!

I used this to gather from my garden this year. Most of the time lettuce, but when it started getting loaded with tomatoes, one of the screws came loose and eventually out. My husband repaired it, but only because we were able to find the screw. Very nice size though and looks cute with all the garden finds on the counter also.

I use this as a harvesting basket for my garden and I absolutely love it! Very sturdy, great handle, can handle the weight of my harvests and very easy to clean my harvest while in the basket as the water just falls right through!
