Printer was as described and worked perfectly over the network.The plastic was a little scuffed up, but nothing unusual for a refurbished item. It’s way less noticeable in person. No weird smells or functional damage.Came with a power brick, usb cable, cleaning cloth, instructions, and the 4x6 label stock is a nice touch.Seems like they’ve improved packaging. Mine was securely double boxed with plenty of bubble wrap.

This item arrived with the wrong power cord, that wasn’t even compatible. The item is also refurbished and NOT new.

This printer was "ok". It was delivered but wasn't packaged the best and was rolling around in the box with the loose components. It was also quite scuffed up, even for being renewed. It does work and also included an ethernet hookup which was nice.
