Such a clever idea. Now all the pasta I need and commonly use are in one container. What a space saver this has been in my pantry.

I was looking for something to store several types of noodles, barley, macaroni, etc without taking up an inordinate amount of precious space in my cabinets. I wanted something sturdy that sealed pretty snugly (preferably airtight). I spied this ZENFUN plastic bin and thought I'd give it a try. When it arrived, it pretty much met my expectations; sturdy thick bin; thick lid; and easy to operate flip type lids. However, I wondered just how air-tight it would be and furthermore, just how much it could hold in each of the four partitioned compartments. The advertised details stated it held 108 oz total, but in actuality it held even MORE (16 cups/128 oz of instant potato flakes). After hand scrubbing the components with hot soapy water and letting it dry completely, I decided to fill it. The slide-in partitions took a few minutes of trial and error to figure out. Elbow macaroni was placed into one quarter of the bin, squared 1.5" pot pie pastas in another quarter. Due to shape and quantity of my wavy egg noodles, they required TWO portions of the quartered compartments, thus one of the interior partitions was simply withheld to create two smaller compartments and one larger. All three different pastas fit in nicely without mixing with one another. The only problem that I didn't count on was the rather small flip-up access openings at the top. (While the flip-up lid will easily allow filling and removal of the elbow macaroni, the pot pie noodles and the wavy egg noodles will require complete removal of the lid and careful maneuvering of the contents in order to extract any pot pie and/or egg noodles while blocking any other contents from mixing in or spilling out.) Despite this one caveat of the product, I am pleased that at I can at least store several staples in a much more versatile/manageable system. (Small price to pay for organization and limited efficient storage.)In total, I purchased SIX of these storage units, choosing to totally leave out the dividers in two of the containers, thus utilizing one whole bin for instant potato flakes; the other bin for 21 stacked taco shells. The remaining two containers were used to house a variety of pastas, barley, etc.Aside from the limited size of the flip-up lid openings, questionable air tight capability of the lid, and the general lid attachment system being not as secure as I would like (propensity for accidental flip of side latches), I DO LIKE these storage bins for their overall versatility and space saving capability.MY SUGGESTIONS: marketing perhaps a slightly wider bin to increase overall capacity and thus allow for three compartments; one with a larger flip-up access opening for larger noodles... or perhaps even a two compartment bin with two large flip-up lids rather than four. Somehow make the overall latches on the sides of lid more secure to deter accidental opening/spilling of contents.

I eat lots of pasta in my house, and hate having all those half-open bags of fettuccine or spaghetti in my pantry. I wanted to get some containers, but then I'd have to get separate containers for all the different types of long pasta... This one works great! I can separate the pasta into different sections, with the dividers, and have 4 types in one container! The lid snaps on nice, and isn't loose (a problem I have with so many storage containers). I use one as a pasta container, and removed the dividers in the other to just hold flour. Works great either way.

You get a pack of two. These have click, lock down lids and each lid has four compartment zones in case you make use of the divider inside of the container. The dividers can be taken out and changed from four separate compartments, to three, and then to two. After that, it can be taken out completely and simply store one item in the large space. One container held a full box plus some extra of bran flakes cereal, which means my cereal is safer than leaving it in an already opened box. I would definitely recommend, as containers like these are a must have when organizing a pantry.
