This came safely and securely packaged in several layers of foam, and has a beautiful sheen to it in real life. It is the perfect size whether you are preparing tea for just yourself or for a group, and I feel like it really adds something to the ritual of making tea - you can really see the leaves and appreciate the aroma before the brewing begins, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience.

This scoop looked very nice and seems like it would have worked well, except it arrived damaged with a significant chip leaving a sharp edge. I am surprised it survived shipping at all considering it was only packaged in one layer of bubble wrap inside a non-padded, plastic envelope.

This is a small ceramic scoop without a handle. This feels like stoneware. This is glazed beautifully. This is a metallic greyish color with rust like accents that is well done. This is very attractive I'm person. This fits easily in hand, and it is an effective scoop.

Had a little chip in it when I got it. Otherwise, it is fine. I like the look of it. Since it’s kind of rustic anyways that chip doesn’t bother me that much.
