I have a super thick mantle in my new house (see photo) so my previous stocking hangers don’t work - I have to have one that sits on top of the mantle and doesn’t need to go around/under it. I’ve bought several different kinds and have struggled to find stocking hangers that don’t move and can hold the weight of the stocking with stuff in them. Other ones I bought last year that were similar to these - the hook on the block fell off and I had to hot glue it back on :( I know there are a lot of ones like this with big Christmas-related displays on top of them - like presents, snowman, snowflakes, etc. which helps them be heavy enough to hold the weight of stockings but I really wanted ones with a simpler look so they could blend into my garland display. These are perfect for all those needs!! The grip on the bottom of them keeps them from moving, they are heavy so they hold the weight of the stocking with stuff in them, and they look perfect on my dark wood mantle. Highly recommend for thick mantles!!!!

These were the perfect set I needed for my TV stand so it wouldn’t block the TV sensor while holding our stockings. Super sleek and minimal looking, and really great quality!

I bought the low profile ones because I wanted to hide them in the garland on the mantle and it works perfectly. They’re super heavy so I don’t have to worry about the kids accidentally yanking everything down.

I don’t know how but these work perfectly. Have pretty large stockings completely loaded with stuff Christmas morning and they stay put.
