I am having a really hard time figuring out how to use this. I don’t understand the instructions at all. I’m going to reach out to their troubleshooting department as soon as I get the chance. Otherwise, it seems to be of decent quality and looks as advertised. Will update ad if/when I figure out how to use it.

I bought this, because I was hoping to stop hand tufting, as it's incredibly time consuming and hard on my hands and back.Upon arrival, I was excited to try this out and glad that it had arrived intact.The instruction booklet is not extremely clear, but can easily enough be figured out. That is, unless you need to swap out the cut pile blade for the loop pile one - this has absolutely zero instructions on how to swap them (even though it provides them and the tools to do the swap).I managed to figure out swapping them - an infuriating, time consuming task with too many parts and no instructions.Thinking "okay, I'm finally ready to work on this", I was incredibly disappointed (and more than a little angry, at this point) to discover that it wouldn't push the yarn through the moleskin at all (and, of it did, it was only barely, and it came back out almost immediately).The only good things that I could say about this are that a.) it arrived intact and well packaged, b.) it came with the tools necessary to swap out pieces, c.) it was operational (even if unsuccessfully so).

However after turning it on for the third time, it did not work. Even though we charged it, it never worked again. I get the feeling that a customer returned it prior to us ordering it.Disappointing. Buyer beware.

This is a horrible tufting gun! I’m new to tufting and was excited when I received the gun, but excitement ended once I used this crap. The yarn kept getting stuck, the scissors didn’t cut and it put holes in my fabric. Do not buy, ot will make you want to give up on tufting even before you begin.
